Processing of Gift Certificate Orders

Gift Certificate orders submitted Monday through Thursday will be processed and ready for pickup or mailing by 4 p.m. the following day.  Gift Certificate orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday and will be ready for pickup or mailing by 12 noon.  Should you require immediate processing of your gift certificate order, please call the spa nearest you and speak with one of our spa coordinators.

Please note Gift Certificates are valid for one year from the date of purchase and are redeemable at any of our three convenient locations.  Gift Certificates are non-refundable but are transferable and can be redeemed for any product or services available at any of our spa locations.

All gift certificate orders are processed with a $2 Activation Fee. This fee includes tracking capabilities in case your gift certificate is lost or stolen, and conditional replacement (certificate must not have been used).  There is no monthly service charge for our gift certificates; the value always remains the same.
